Childcare During Annual Conference

**The deadline to register for childcare has now passed.

Younger Children (Infant - 4 years old) 
Childcare for infants through 4 years old will be provided at Tifton First UMC (107 W 12th St, Tifton, GA 31794) during this year’s Annual Conference Session. 
 

Hours for infant - 4 year old childcare are as follows:

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm Sunday Opening Worship 

8:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday 

6:30 pm - 9:00 pm Monday Night Ordination Service 

8:00 am - 30 minutes after close of afternoon session

Older Children (5 years old - 12 years old)
A Day Camp for 5 through 12 year old students is being offered at the local YMCA (1657 S Carpenter Rd, Tifton, GA 31793). The local arrangements committee has partnered with the Tifton Y for two days of fun activities for our kids! Please note: once you register your child for the day camp, an additional form will be sent to complete, which is a required form for the Y.
 

• 5-9 year olds are at First Baptist Church Activities Center. The parking lot is on Central Ave, between 4th Street West and 6th Street West. 
• 10-12 year olds are at the YMCA (1657 S Carpenter Rd, Tifton, GA 31793). 

Hours for the Y Day Camp are as follows:

7:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday 

7:00 am - 6:00 pm Tuesday
 

Pre-registration for all childcare is REQUIRED. Deadline to register is May 10 so we know how to plan for crafts, materials, snacks, and lunch as well as to ensure our staffing is Safe Sanctuaries compliant.
