Wesley Glen Estate & Rummage Sale – Aug. 25
Wesley Glen Ministries will host their annual estate and rummage sale on Saturday, Aug. 25 from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. Spaces are available for lease to the public. Clergy Sexual Ethics Workshop – Sept. 13
A Sexual Ethics Workshop is scheduled for Sept. 13, 2012, at St. Paul UMC in Columbus from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. This workshop is required every three years for persons serving under appointment by the Bishop (clergy, local pastors, extension ministers, appointed lay speakers). Please note that spouses and lay employees who are not appointed by the bishop are not eligible to attend the workshop.

Camp Tygart Camp Meeting – Sept. 16-20

Church Historian Workshop – Sept. 19-20

ERT Training - Sept. 28-29
An ERT Training will be held at Pierce Chapel UMC in Columbus on Friday, Sept. 28 from 5:30-9 p.m. and Saturday, September 29 from 8 a.m.-noon. KidzQuest Children’s Retreat – Sept. 28-30
The South Georgia Conference’s annual children's retreat, KidzQuest, is set for Sept. 28-30. Intended for third- through sixth-grade students, this is an exciting event students won't want to miss! World Communion Day – Oct. 7
World Communion Day is Sunday, Oct. 7. World Communion Sunday is one of the six churchwide Special Sundays of The United Methodist Church. World Communion Sunday provides scholarships for U.S. racial- and ethnic-minority students and international students, on both undergraduate and graduate levels.
